• Happy Treats is a not-for-profit initiative. However to ensure the sustainability of the initiative, ten percent of your treat value has been set aside for overhead costs including technology, payment gateway charges, communication, accounting etc. At the end of the year, the balance, if any, will be carried forward deployed for treats.

• In most cases, a Treat Group will consist of four children and a girl volunteer. They will be picked/dropped from/ o their school/ NGO / pick-up point by our volunteer in a car/taxi.

• Happy Treats reserves the right to switch a selected Treat to another one of the same treat value. This switch will be done in the event that a planned treat event needs further participants or for any other reason. (Example if a children film is not running in a nearby theatre or a picnic / resort trip is unsuitable due to weather conditions)
